The science
Creatine promotes the regeneration of ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate), the body's cellular energy source. This makes creatine essential for instant and sustained energy. Low muscular creatine can lead to reduced muscle power and the rapid onset of fatigue. Creatine assists anabolism, allowing protein synthesis to occur.
The addition of carbohydrates to this formula enhances the uptake of creatine into muscle cells, while the great tasting effervescent delivery system ensures the creatine is ingested as a solution.
Supplementing with Effervescent Creatine increases total muscle creatine stores to maximise energy production and improve overall performance.
Nutritional tip
Effervescent Creatine can be used in conjunction with Balance Mass Gainer Protein to achieve optimal results.
